The more popular items for printing are shirts, hoodies, mouse pads, mugs, coasters, water bottles, baby grows and more. Thanks to the advancement in DTF printing we are able to provide a wide range of options for our clients.

WHAT IS DTF PRINTING?

DIRECT TO FILM PRINTING

This technique involves printing designs directly onto a film and then transferring it to almost any fabric!

It prints a layer of white behind the colour, this allows DTF prints to go ontop of any colour! This is a huge benefit over sublimation which typically only looks good on white.

BENEFITS OF DTF

Sublimation is incredible for printing on white polyester fabrics. And we still use it for these cases. But the sublimation dyes don't bond properly with cotton and many other fabrics, and printing a colour on top of a colour never comes out right.

DTF prints a layer of thick white ink that backs the colours. And then we apply a powdered glue that is baked on to the image. This allows the image to bond to almost any fabric and the colours remaind vivid and bright!

HOW TO WASH DTF PRINTED CLOTHING

Well bonded DTF prints should last up to 100 wash cycles. To extend the longevity of prints on shirts, we recommend lower temperatures (below 40c), medium cycles and turn the clothing inside out while washing.

It is recommended to not tumble dry DTF printed clothing
